This is the privacy policy for Tourizee LLC (“Tourizee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the website at new-york-walking-tours.com (“the website” or “the site”).
Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information directly through the website, but use a third party service by Bokun to book tours. Bokun provides us with your name and email, which we use to contact you with information about the tour. Your information is stored for 12 months for legal audit trail purposes.
Cookies
The only cookies this website sets are to save your cookie preferences.
Third Party Services
We use third party services to provide functionality and improve our services. These services set their own cookies and have their own privacy policies.
We use Google Analytics to provide reports on aggregate use of the website such as popular pages and keywords used to find the site. We do not track individual users.
The contact form uses Google’s reCAPTCHA service to prevent robots and spam.
Bokun
We use Bokun to provide tour bookings. If you do not enable third party cookies, you will be unable to book tours on the website, but you can contact us and book tours through email.
Stripe
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe does not set any cookies. We only have access to the last four digits of the credit or debit card information used to make payments and do not have a way to associate this with the name and email used to book a tour.
Online Travel Agents
We partner with online travel agents Viator (TripAdvisor) and Get Your Guide. These services provide us with your name and telephone number which we use to check you in to the tour and contact you if necessary. This is stored in our booking system for 12 months for audit trail purposes.
When you book a tour, you can opt in to receiving emails with news and offers from Tourizee. You can unsubscribe from this by following a link in an email. You can also unsubscribe by following this link.

We may change or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the date that revisions were last made to this Privacy Policy at the top of this Privacy Policy, and any revisions will take effect upon posting.
